"Lieutenant, there's so much blood... Who did this to you?!"
Roy clung her closer with his right arm, raised his left hand and snapped his fingers. The fire burst out, taking up everything around them. Riza wanted to close her ears not to hear cries of pain that almost deafened her.
"Colonel, stop! Please..."
He didn't hear her and continued to burn the whole place down. He has just gone too far with his rage.
"Colonel!"
She pressed her lips to his cheek, feeling the bitterness of fresh blood and the fever of rage, pumping through his veins. The fire burst out once again and suddenly went out. Riza felt Colonel's hand pressing her shoulder even tighter.
"I'm sorry... Riza"

So this was just for you to understand the plot 'cause I suppose it's not quite clear.
